PANEER TIKKA

BUTTER CHICKEN

The famous Butter Chicken, or Murgh Makhani, is an Indian recipe, which uses yogurt and spices such as garam masala, turmeric, and chili powder. Grill or roast marinated chicken until it becomes well-cooked, then serve with rich, creamy sauce of tomatoes and butter, cream, and spices. This forms the slightly spicy taste in its saucy taste; it is normally eaten with rice, roti, or naan.

CHOLE BHATURE

Chole Bhature is one of the most popular and famous North Indian dishes. It consists of spicy chickpeas or chole and fried bread known as bhature. It is prepared from various spices like cumin, coriander and garam masala; onion and tomatoes are also added in preparation. The dough used in making it is kneaded using refined flour, curd and baking powder; then it is flattened into round shape and deep-fried until the color.

DHAL MAKHNI

An obsolete north Indian cuisine made predominantly of urad dal (black lentils) and rajma (kidney beans) is called dal makhni. The two components are mixed together in a thick cream like consistency. This sauce contains onions, tomatoes, garlic cloves, along with ginger root pieces, cumin seeds and garam masala mixed with various spices. Furthermore it also has butter as well as cream which makes it more opulent tasting than others around.
